Ramada By Wyndham Watertown Thousand Hotel, Watertown

The hotel is conveniently located near the Salmon Run mall, restaurants, and I-81. While the rooms were available and on the ground level, there was a shortage of towels and amenities, requiring a call to the front desk for replenishment.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the beautiful treed yard overlooking the pool and gazebo made for a picturesque view from my room, which was quite quiet. However, the room was not ready until 5 pm, which was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, offering plenty of hot water. However, they seemed a bit dated and worn, which could use some refreshing. The service was excellent, with a genuinely outstanding and friendly staff. The location was convenient for shopping at Salmon Run Mall and dining, but it might not suit everyone's taste. When it comes to dining, there were some areas that could be improved, but the food was decent. Overall, the facilities met my needs during my stay.
